The Guinness sweepstakes offers a chance to win a trip to space aboard the Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic, the worlds first spaceline.
In the Guiness beer sweepstakes, one lucky winner will win an under sea trip for 3 aboard a submarine operated by Silverquest Offshore Ltd. out of Norway and all expenses are paid.
The third grand prize in the Win A Trip With Guinness contest is an all expenses paid trip for 3 to a private concert by The Black Eyed Peas.
To win the Guinness sweepstakes, entrants must be of legal drinking age in their country of residence.
Prizes and Eligibility Criteria
SPACE– There is one “Space” experience to be won (the “SPACE Prize”). The SPACE Prize includes a flight for the winner of the SPACE Prize on a sub-orbital flight operated by Virgin Galactic, LLC (”Virgin Galactic”). It also includes: return economy class flights for the winner and a companion from the winner’s country of residence to the United States of America (or if the winner is from the United States of America, a flight or transfer from the winner’s home location as appropriate), 6 nights in a 4 star hotel for the winner and their companion, UK£50 spending money per day for the winner and UK£50 spending money per day for the winner’s companion, ground transfers from the airport to the hotel for the winner and the winner’s companion and ground transfer from the hotel to the Virgin Galactic Spaceport for the winner. Pre-flight preparation and training for the winner is also included in the SPACE Prize. Full details of the SPACE Prize will be confirmed to the winner. The winner and his/her companion will be responsible for their own travel and medical insurance. Insurance for harm caused to the winner during his/her journey on the sub-orbital flight is the responsibility of Virgin Galactic. The companion nominated by the winner must be of legal drinking age in his/her country, state or province of residence.
The winner of the SPACE Prize will be eligible to take up the SPACE Prize only if he/she can meet the Diageo Space Eligibility Criteria (the “SPACE Criteria”). If You do not think that You are able to satisfy the SPACE Criteria You must not enter the Promotion. If the winner of the SPACE Prize cannot meet the SPACE Criteria, the winner’s entry to the Promotion will be deemed invalid, no alternative prize will be awarded and the Promoter may allocate the SPACE Prize to one of the reserves.
SEA- There is one “Sea” experience to be won (the “SEA Prize”). The SEA Prize is for one person and two friends or family nominated by the winner (the “SEA Nominees”) to travel on a commercial submarine operated by Silvercrest Offshore Limited. Full details of the Prize will be confirmed to the winner of the SEA Prize. The SEA Nominees must be of legal drinking age in their country, state or province of residence. The SEA Prize will include: return economy class flights for the winner and the SEA Nominees from the winner’s country of residence to Norway, 3 nights’ accommodation for the winner and the SEA Nominees, 3 meals per day for the winner and the SEA Nominees (to the total value of UK£50 per day per person) and ground transfers from theairport to the hotel and hotel to port for the winner and the SEA Nominees. The winner and the Sea Nominees will be responsible for their own travel and medical insurance. Insurance for harm caused to the winner and/or the SEA Nominees during their journey on the submarine will be acquired and paid for by Diageo and/or Silvercrest Offshore Limited.
The date of the SEA Prize will be confirmed to the winner of the SEA Prize but will be between 28th January 2010 and 28th February 2010. The date of the SEA Prize is not flexible. The Promoter will have no liability or responsibility if the winner or any of the SEA Nominees cannot attend on this date. In the event that the winner of the SEA Prize cannot attend, the Promoter will have absolute discretion to decide whether the SEA Nominees may still attend or to allocate the Prize to one of the reserves. No alternative prize will be available to the winner.

STUDIO- There is one “Studio” Experience to be won (the “STUDIO Prize”). The STUDIO Prize is for one person and two friends or family nominated by the winner (the “STUDIO Nominees”) to attend a private concert with the Black Eyed Peas as part of the band’s world tour. Full details of the Prize, including its location, will be confirmed to the winner. The STUDIO Nominees must be of legal drinking age in their country, state or province of residence. The STUDIO Prize will compromise of: return economy class flights for the winner and the STUDIO Nominees from the winner’s country of residence to the country in which the STUDIO Prize will take place (or if the STUDIO Prize is to take place in the winner’s country of residence, a flight or other transfer for the winner and the STUDIO Nominees from the winner’s home location as appropriate), 3 nights in a 4 star hotel for the winner and the STUDIO Nominees, 3 meals per day for the winner and the STUDIO Nominees (to the total value of UK£50 per day per person) or, at the discretion of the Promoter, UK£50 spending money per day for the winner and UK£50 spending money per day for each of the STUDIO Nominees to be used to buy meals or spent otherwise as the winner and the STUDIO Nominees decide and ground transfers from theairport to the hotel and hotel to the private concert for the winner and the STUDIO Nominees. The winner and the STUDIO Nominees will be responsible for their own travel and medical insurance.
The date of the STUDIO Prize will be confirmed to the winner of the STUDIO Prize but will be between 1st January 2010 and 31st July 2010. The date of the STUDIO Prize will not be flexible. The Promoter will have no liability or responsibility if the winner or the STUDIO Nominees cannot attend on this date.
