The Malcom Harris One Dress is the work of the designer for Mal Sirrah and is the finished product of over 18 months of collaboration with over 1000 women.
Using social networks, the Malcom Harris One Dress was designed partially by using Facebook, MySpace, ASmallWorld, and Twitter.
Those 1000+ women were asked to “share information about their lifestyle, dreams and desires as relates to one simple – but truly important piece of clothing – the DRESS. By sharing their likes and dislikes in fabrics, colors, necklines, silhouettes, seasons, etc. the ‘One-Dress’ was conceived.”
This One Dress project is the brainchild of Malcom Harris, creative director for Mal Sirrah and a portion of the profits goes to Womankind Worldwide and Kiva.org.
Flattering to many figures and very versatile for casual or formal wear, the Malcom Harris One Dress is already in demand by such stars as Angelina Jolie.
