Taylor Swift Prom – The students of Hillcrest High School in Tuscaloosa will forever remember their 2008 prom as the Taylor Swift Prom. See the pictures and video.
The Taylor Swift Prom was the result of MTV’s Once Upon a Prom, and Taylor Swift attended on the arm of senior Whit Wright. “This guy was so down to earth and all-American,” says Swift, who has been home schooled for the past two years. “He was unbelievably sweet.”
Once Upon a Prom will air on MTV on June 12. Country music singer Taylor Swift, who won the female music video of the year award at the CMT Awards on April 14 for ‘Our Song,’ attended Hillcrest’s prom this year as part of the reality show.
For the Once Upon a Prom, Taylor Swift wore a beige BCBG full-length gown. Swift picked up Wright in her new tour bus and when she discovered that her date was wearing a pink tie and vest to honor a friend’s mother who is battling breast cancer, she ran to the back of the bus and changed into a pale pink dress by Sue Wong.
“I don’t kiss on the first date!” Swift said, and added that she’d “totally” see him again. “We have concerts in Alabama all the time and his whole family is going to come out to shows and stuff. He was the best prom date ever!”

omg this is like one of our proms we have a lot of hicks in waltomny lol we were state champs last year for football but last friday we lost all are seniors were crying it wasvery upsetting but whit wright reminds me of are boys here
