Kraft Race To Win A Million Sweepstakes
RANDOM DRAWINGS: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in each of five separate random drawings, determined by the driver name indicated on each entry, on or about October 9, 2009 from among all eligible entries received for each driver to award a total of five (5) Grand Prizes. One of the Grand Prize winners will be selected as a Bonus Prize winner during the Grand Prize trip. Drawings will be conducted by Judges. Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Grand Prize winners will be notified by mail and/or telephone and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner’s guests must also timely sign and return Liability and Publicity Releases
PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prizes: Trip for 4 to the Team Kraft Event in Miami, FL on Sponsor designated dates in November 2009. Prize consists of roundtrip coach air transportation for four from major airport near winner’s residence to Miami, FL; admission for four to the Team Kraft Event; and hotel accommodations for 4-days/3-nights. The Team Kraft Event includes a meet and greet with the Team Kraft drivers (subject to each drivers’ availability) and tickets to a race scheduled to be held at Homestead-Miami Speedway in November 2009 (subject to change). Dates of trip, location, travel arrangements and accommodations are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner cannot travel on Sponsor designated dates in November 2009, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Meals and other travel expenses are not included as part of prize. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Homestead-Miami Speedway, LLC and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as applicable. Maximum ARV of trip: $6,000. One (1) Bonus Prize: One of the five Grand Prize Winners will be selected as a Bonus Prize winner during the trip. The Bonus Prize is the opportunity for a chance to win $1,000,000. How it works: If the driver name listed on the Bonus Prize winner’s original sweepstakes entry officially wins the 2009 Nascar Sprint Cup Series™ Race at Homestead, FL in November 2009, then the Bonus Prize winner will win $1,000,000 payable as a 30 year annuity. If the driver listed on the Bonus Prize winner’s original entry does not win, or if the driver does not qualify, the $1,000,000 will not be awarded. If the driver qualifies, but does not race, Sponsor shall randomly select another Roush driver. Actual value of trip prize will depend on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Total value of all trip prizes is $30,000. Limit one Grand Prize per family/household. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All Grand Prizes will be awarded. Winners’ guests must be 18 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent/legal guardian of the guest. Winners and guests must travel on same itinerary. All travel accommodations and arrangements at Sponsor’s discretion. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing.
