Waffle House Shooting – A Waffle House shooting was reported in Manning SC when Yakeisha Ward pulled a gun and shot at a complaining customer.
The Waffle House shooting occured at about 4:30 am on Sunday, May 10th – Yep Mother’s Day.
Yakeisha Ward got into an arguement with customer, Crystal Samuel, after an altercation about the quality of service.
“I thought I was gonna get me an All-Star,” Samuel said. “Grits, sausage, toast, eggs and a waffle.”
Here are some take-aways from this Waffle House Shooting:
- Being at the Waffle House at 4:30 am is probably not a good idea no matter what
- Don’t expect good service at 4:30 am at any Waffle House- are you kididng?
- Don’t throw waffles at the waitress
- A high fat and carb meal at 4:30 am can lead to a big waistline and diminished intelligence
Luckily Crystal Samuel was not injured in this Waffle House Shooting.

I am a third shift server at a Waffle House, (in South Carolina,) and we get all kinds of people, but we mostly get happy, hungry people, and we feed them without any food throwing or Jerry Springer drama.Are we all now suppose to avoid the theater because thats where Lincoln was shot?Quit being a violence-monger and lay off the carbs yourself.

Well you would be dumb to be throwing food. But my advice is always dont eye the manager early in the morning you might start a fight…..Who knows
