Sexiest Man Alive 2008 - People Magazine has finally unveiled their pick for the 2008 sexiest man alive and Hugh Jackman is a first time winner - see the pics.
The Sexiest Man Alive 2008 from People Magazine was anxiously awaited as it has been in all previous years, and the attention will surely bring Hugh Jackman plenty of press.
Also making the list for the Sexiest Man Alive 2008 besides Hugh Jackman are Daniel Craig, Mr. 007 himself, Zac Efron of High School Musical fame, and Blair Underwood from Dirty Sexy Money.
Other favorites on People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive list are Joshua Jackson of Dawson’s Creek and more recently of Fringe, soccer star David Beckham or Mr. Posh Spice, and Jon Hamm, the 37 year old Mad Men star.
As for some of the other Sexiest Man Alive 2008 mentions, Chatter begs to differ: Robert Buckley (Lipstick Jungle), Ed Westwick (Gossip Girl), Michael Phelps (are you kidding?), country singer Black Shelton, musician Lang Lang, Mark-Paul Gosselarr (Raising the Bar and Saved By the Bell), Javier Bardem (No Country for Old Men and Penelope Cruz’s latest man), Robert Pattinson (22 year old vamipre in Twilight).
Come of these guys made the Sexiest Man Alive 2008 list in lieu of Matt Damon, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, and some of the other regulars that may certainly be repetative, but is Lang Lang really sexier than George Clooney?! Were those guys sexy last year but not in 2008?
And for that matter, were is Jude Law? Is Michael Phelps sexier than Jude Law? No way.
