Green Puppy – A green puppy was born in New Orleans last week. Shown in this video and pictures, the puppy is one of five puppies born to a mixed breed mother and is the only green puppy in the litter.
The green puppy was the only one affected since the other puppies are brown, tan, and white.
About the New Orleans green puppy, Louisiana SPCA CEO Anna Zorrilla said, “It’s surprising, alarming to see. Sometimes, when a puppy is born, the amniotic fluid mixes with the placenta and dyes the coat of the puppy and it almost always happens to very light colored puppies. There are not health concerns, it’s really just a discoloration in the birthing process.”
“I’m just trying to do my part for the ‘Go Green’ movement,” stated the green puppy. “I’m looking for an endorsement from Al Gore.”

Unfortunately, this “green” will wear off or “grow out” within a few weeks. I think it’d be neat to have a green dog!! Natural green, not dyed with chemicals or anything.

This wonderfull little creature is just adorable, much like humain, the color of its coat should make any difference in the fact that this pup needs all the love and attention, he’s so special…How lucky to have a “green dog” now a day…enjoy him (or her)…

You know what I’m wondering is why is this green colored puppy so important because it’s green and not because it can talk….. and i quote “stated the green puppy.” i’m pretty sure we should be more concerned that this mofo can speak english.
