Karla Escobar – A Bexar County probation officer is on administrative leave and under investigation after pictures of her on a pornographic website were discovered.
Karla Escobar, aka Carla Escobar, has been a probation officer in Bexar County since 2005, but the webiste in question has apparently just been made known to her employer.
Director of the Bexar County Probation Office, William Fitzgerald, had little to say except that the matter is under investigation, siting that this is a personnel matter.
It is coming to light that this may not be the first someone in the Bexar County probation office ever heard about the website. Escobar insists that she told her employer about the pictures when she first started her job there.
Escobar also stated that the pictures were taken a long time ago and that she no longer receives any profits from the website where the pictures are located.
“The first I’ve heard about it was from you,” said Director Fitzgerald.
Karla Escobar is currently on maternity leave and an attorney from the probation officers union will be handling the case.
