Richard Collier Shot – Richard Collier of the Jacksonville Jaguars was shot early Tuesday morning and has sustained life threatening injuries.
Collier, 26 year old offensive tackle for the Jacksonville Jaguars, was waiting in his SUV with Kenneth Pettway when an unidentified gunman shot into the vehicle striking Collier several times.
Collier and Pettway were reportedly out partying and followed two women they met to their apartment building to drop off their car. They were waiting at the curb in a Jacksonville neighborhood when shots were fired into the car.
Richard Collier is in critical condition at Shands Jacksonville Medical Center and no motive of the shooting is known.
