Sarah Palin announced her pregnancy on March 5th, 2008, stating that she was 7 months pregnant with her fifth child.
School records show Bristol Palin was absent from school for several months prior to the birth of Trig, siting a severe and prolonged case of mono.

Sarah Palin was in Texas giving a speech when she said her water broke and she was in labor. She completed her speech, got on a plane, flew to Seattle, then to Alaska. That just doesn’t sound like something a concientious mother would do, even if the airlines allowed such a thing.
If these rumors are true, certainly Sarah Palin was only protecting her 16 year old daughter and who could blame her for that? Any parent would do most anything to protect their child.
Did the McCain camp do a thorough investigation? Certainly they all knew that every bit of Palin’s past would be picked apart and that something like this would come out, if it’s true.
And, if it is true, let’s hope that she did not go beyond lying. Let’s hope she didn’t use her office to doctor the birth certificate. By the way, where is the birth certificate?
