Annette Martinez – Twenty five year old Annette Martinez was arrested in Las Cruces for having sex with a fourteen year old boy that was in her care.
Annette Martinez, babysitter, was hired by a Las Cruces family to care for their 3 children, one of them their 14 year old son.
The sexual relationship was discovered when the 14 year old went to Annette Martinez home after an arguement with his parents.
Babysitter Annette Martinez admitted to having sex over 40 times with the teen and believes she is pregnant with the boy’s child.
She further stated that she was in love with the teen and wanted to have his baby and that the boy felt the same about her. Annette Martinez, Las Cruces resident, has a previous criminal record for shoplifting and contributing the the delinquency of a minor.
