I was able to print the coupons just fine today after installing the required software. The page of selected coupons showed blank in explorer, yet the coupons went ahead and printed out. They print 3 to a page and look good.

I have the same problems, and furthermore when you download the printer software, it doesn’t work. I think this is a scam with the purpose of collecting email addresses so they can compile email addresses to sell.
I am glad to hear I am not the only one who can’t use a computer and software after over 30 years of doing this kind of thing.
This is a joke, and so is the fact no one is getting a reply to their complaints.
