Good Riddance Day 2009 – You can participate in Good Riddance Day 2009 even if you don’t live in New York – here is how to say goodbye to 2009 memories you would rather forget.

Good Riddance Day 2009 marked the third time the event has been celebrated in Times Square in New York.

People who celebrated Good Riddance Day for 2009 brought pictures, pink slips, newspaper articles, and other items marking an event they would rather forget. Those memories were then tossed into a shredder and told ‘good riddance.’

Even if you didn’t get to visit Times Square in New York on December 28th 2009, you can still participate and tell the things you’d rather forget – good riddance.
In the comments section, tell us what you would like to forget. We will send it on to the ‘virtual shredder’. You can say good riddance and move on to a more positive year in 2010.
Don’t hold back – get it all off your chest and celebrate Good Riddance Day 2009.
