Chao , Italia ! Where could one go and see with their own eyes how the best cuisine Italy has to offer is prepared at the Olive Gardens Culinary Institue and then be given the privildge of cooking with the Masters ? When the Winter Olympics were in Torino I was recovering from a car accident and I followed the Today Show and Martha Stewart through the Italian Streets in and out of all the shops but the most fascinating tours were through the restuarant kitchens behind the scenes . It would be a dream come true to savor the sights and sounds of my passion and pick up a tip or two from the Master Chefs !! My bags are packed

I would dearly love to win the Olive Garden trip to Italy. Having been an art teacher for many years I greatly appreciate all the beauty, art, architecture, musuems and beautiful countryside of Italy as well as the food. I know this would be a most enjoyable and rewarding trip. I so appreciate Oilive Grarden for giving the opportunity for some lucky winner to get this fabulous trip to Italy. MY husband and I have the time now as we are both retired, but could not afford on teacher retirement and social security such a grand trip, so we appreciate being considered for this trip!

June 19th, 2008 at 7:12 am
Every time I go to the Olive Garden, the aroma reminds me of my Grandma Tavaglione’s kitchen. As a little girl I would go over to my Italian grandparents every Sunday after church and we would have a delicious homemade spagetti dinner with all of my relatives. It is so much fun to have lunch or dinner at the Olive Garden because the delicious food coupled with the Italian music and the friendly hosts and servers really does remind me of the warmth and love i received from my wonderful loving Italian family. A trip to Italy would be a dream come true. I do believe in miracles!
June 19th, 2008 at 7:20 am
I am having difficult time submitting my comments. Maybe I am not entering in the right information in the mail and website boxes!
June 19th, 2008 at 7:35 am
I have fond memories of walking into my Grandma Tavaglione’s kitchen every Sunday afternoon to the aroma of spaghetti sauce cooking on the stove and the smell of fresh garlic bread baking in the oven. We had a big spaghetti dinner with all of my extended Italian relatives each week. The warmeth and love and laughter shared during those “good ole days” are some of my favorite memories. Whenever I walk into an Olive Garden Restaurant, it reminds me of the love I shared over the delicious food prepared and served by my grandma. The ambiance you have created coupled with the delicous meals you prepare and the Italian music you play in your restaurant has made it possible for me to recreate the wonderful childhood memories that I experience so long ago. It would be wonderful to visit Italy….I do believe in miracles.

June 22nd, 2008 at 6:04 pm
my husband & i would love to win a trip to Italy for many reasons and of course the obvious ones but mainly because of my food allergy known as celiac disease ( allergic to gluten ). i have been told that this is a very common disease in Italy therefore iam sure there are alot of restaurants that serve good gluten free dishes – this is not the case in America – basically when i go out it is meat & potatoes & veg as gluten is in so many types of food. when i eat at the Olive Garden it is basically a salad with the croutons left off – plain chicken dishes etc. my husband has all the other good dishes they offer. my husband does most of the cooking and he is always eager to learn of new dishes for us to try that are gluten free. i haven’t had a good piece of bread since i was dx with celiac disease which was 6 years ago. thank you for
this opportunity of a life time.

I’ve always wanted to visit Italy. My mother was Italian
and had 12 brothers and sisters so I grew up eating Italian food. I can still remember a memory of my grandmother sitting in a chair with long hair to her waist and the language she spoke was Italian because I couldn’t understand her. I here Italian men love women.
and compliment them often. The architectural buildings would be a site to envision. I hope very much to visit Italy in the future.
June 23rd, 2008 at 3:56 pm
