Tatum ONeil Arrested – Daughter of Ryan ONeil was arrested Sunday night in New York a few blocks from her Lower East Side apartment. Tatum ONeil was arrested while buying cocaine and crack.
When Tatum O’Neil was arrested, she had a crack pipe in her possession. Alan Garcia, 33 was also arrested and is believed to be the drug dealer.
When the 44 year old actress was arrested, she asked the arresting officers, “You know who I am right? I’m researching a part, I’m doing this for a part as a junkie.”
Tatum O’Neil has been ‘researching’ the part as a junkie for decades. The police did not buy in to her excuses and took her and Alan Garcia to the 7th precinct for booking.
Even though Tatum O’Neil was arrested, the daughter of actor Ryan O’Neil and Joanna Cook Moore will still most likely be remembered for being the youngest actress to ever win an Oscar for her role in Paper Moon at the age of 10.
In 1986, Tatum married tennis superstar John McEnroe and the pair have three children, Kevin, Sean, and Emily. They divorced in 1992.
Her legendary drug addiction cost her the custody of her three children, and what could have been a blockbuster career.
Instead, it appears that Tatum ONeil has ruined her life, embarrassed her family, and has sunk into a lifestyle role of ‘researching to play the part of a junkie.’
And that’s the latest chatter on Tatum ONeil arrested.

Tatum ONeil was arraigned and will be back in court on July 28th. She was released without bail.
